Throw a lil’ vinegar in the mix.

Does your favorite shirt/underwear/shorts/sports bra smell frighteningly funky? Get a little more life out of the offending garment by soaking it with vinegar before washing. And if you’re throwing an entire load of running clothes into the wash, just go ahead and toss some vinegar into the bleach compartment on your washing machine to help ward off stinky smells. It works better than bleach and you don’t risk discoloring your dutiful duds.
